BlueGrip™ Workholding Adhesive® is designed specifically and exclusively for the Blue Photon workholding system.
The gel-like adhesive fills the gap between the surface of the gripper and the workpiece surface for outstanding holding power.
BlueGrip™ Workholding Adhesive®
Works on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, ceramics, composite materials and some plastics.
Cures in 60 to 90 seconds.
Is impervious to cutting fluids and oils.
Cured adhesive is removable with a CNC machine mounted cleaning tool, hot water, steam, hot water spray or dry ice blasting.
Fills gaps of .020" to .120" between the gripper and the workpiece.
Available with fluorescent dye for easy identification of residual adhesive.
