Protect Your Fixture Threads
Inserts are designed to protect your aluminum fixture threads from heavy usage.
Adjustable Insert Assemblies, Fixed External Inserts and Stand-Off Inserts provide additional height when required.
ADJUSTABLE INSERT ASSEMBLIES
Includes the gripper insert and nut to increase standoff from the fixture.
Allows for height adjustments.
Use to increase standoff from the fixture and/or to protect aluminum fixtures from thread galling.
Inserts into the fixture from the top
Manufactured from hardened steel with a black oxide finish.
INTERNAL INSERTS
Thread locked into fixture.
Insert into fixture from the backside.
Install with thread locker.
Workpiece separates from gripper with 1/4 turn of gripper or hot water soak.

FIXED EXTERNAL INSERTS
Available in large sizes fitting small, medium or large head-in grippers.
Increases standoff from the fixture.
Inserts into fixture from the top.

STAND-OFF INSERTS
Integrates function of an insert and a part spacer.
Eliminates the need for part spacers.
Provides target adhesive gap between the gripper and the part.
Assists with part support.
